Very safe , new hotel . They have a large scrabble board in the sitting area so fun. The rooms have playstation and you can borrow the movies from the lobby such a fun little detail to set the hotel apart from others. Prices were the best
From my first phone call right through to my checkout the quality was great! All the staff I dealt with were friendly & helpful & the hotel was clean & comfortable. The room was nicely decorated & laid out & as I was travelling on my own it was nice to be able to choose just a single double bed room for a lower price. I have Celiac disease so was very pleased to find they had multiple gluten free options for their breakfast which is a big deal! I thought that the container of dog treats & little bags at the front desk was a good touch as well as the available coffee & water. I would definitely stay there again & would recommend this hotel to friends & family.
Honestly a really great stay! Had a quick night here on my road trip to BC, and this hotel is in a great spot off the TCH but still easy to get to and from for amenities and whatnot. Great clean room, very comfortable and great staff.
Stayed here for a night and was very pleased with the experience. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was modern and clean as well. No complaints whatsoever. The location is great and being able to check in online before arrival was very convenient. We just walked in and grabbed the keys to the room so this was great. There are plenty of options nearby for eating out and for gas. The only slight quibble we felt was there wasn’t much vegetarian options available for the complimentary breakfast. It would’ve been nice if the eggs didn’t also include meat. Overall a positive experience and we would consider staying here again for the great value.
Safe location, accessible to highway 1. Staffs are friendly ,the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. With good breakfast aswell. They also have free DVD rentals.
Was disappointed to see pet friendly rooms still carpeted and I stayed 3 nights but no housekeeping service was provided. Location was great, parking good, breakfast included was decent. Good for the basics!
This hotel was exactly what we were looking for on our drive across the country. Amazingly low price compared to other hotels. Bed was comfortable and the room had a PlayStation, with a tower of movies/games to borrow from the main lobby. Coffee/tea/cookies were available 24/7 and a continental breakfast was included. Staff were amazing and even offered a paper bag to take breakfast on the road, as we were heading out quickly in the morning. For the price, this hotel was exceptional. If you're looking for a quaint place to stop just off of the Trans Canada Highway, this is the place to go. I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
Stayed here on our way to Canmore and again on the way back—impressed both times! Great price, very welcoming with our dog, and no extra pet fees. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were so friendly we felt right at home. Breakfast was simple but fitting for the price. Our new go-to in Medicine Hat!
